Minimum opening order is $350.00, minimum re-orders are $350.00. Less than minimum orders will not be accepted. Furniture, floor lamps and large wall décor must ship via freight carrier. On order less than $1,000.00 containing furniture, floor lamps or large wall décor freight charges as a percentage may run higher. Backorders less than $250.00 are subject to cancellation or added to next order upon request.

All deliveries should be inspected prior to accepting. Claims must be reported within 10 business days of receipt of goods. Freight damages must be filed with the freight carrier within 5 business days of receipt of goods. Returns are not accepted without prior approval, and may be subject to a 15% restocking free plus freight. Returned goods must be in original boxes and packing. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the shipper without notice.

Payment terms are Net30 with approved credit, prepaid, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express). We do not ship COD.

All items must be ordered in multiples of the minimum.

Most orders will ship freight carriers due to size and weight. Residential, inside delivery, redelivery, lift gate, and all other special delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer.
